OUR PROCESS

Phase 1

Initial meeting to discuss the entire vision of the Project

Whether you heard about us from a previous client or saw our sign by the side of the road, we are available to meet you at your home, commercial property or at our office. Our consultations are completely free, non stressful, and no pressure. We are here to listen to your wants and needs while giving our professional advice on cost and keeping you on budget and always being up front on what to expect on the timeframe.

Phase 2

Planning and design / Build the Portfolio Book for the entire Scope of Work

Starting a home design project can be a daunting process and most of the time you don’t know where to begin. Whether you already have build ready plans, plans that need work, or have no idea where to begin, we can get you through the process. We work with several designers and architects that can make your vision a reality. We also have experience working with out of town architects if you already have someone in mind that is remote.

Once the plans have been finalized, a designer works with you personally on every selection for your home or commercial space. It’s our job to show you all that is offered within your budget and be sure everything goes together and flows before construction begins

Phase 3

Construction

Plans are finished, permitting is done and now it’s time to go to work. Each client has their personal construction manager and point of contact. It’s our job and pleasure to keep you informed on exactly what comes next without any surprises. We want our clients to be apart of their own design process from plans to selections to getting started. Everything imagined on paper starts to come to life and is real now.
